Every SteadyDraw order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your bow stabilizer arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

How it works

  1. Email contact@bow-stabilizer.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
  3. We arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

If your stabilizer is defective on arrival — for example a damaged carbon tube, a loose counterweight or threads that won't seat on your riser — you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases; we resolve it directly. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the card you paid with.

This guarantee is offered by SteadyDraw, published by Animouf LLC (Wyoming, USA), and applies in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
